Mother Teresa once said “I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the water to create many ripples.” This simply describes about the effectiveness of teamwork. But, correct team selection is the game changer in the building up of any group, organization, etc. If one can do 1x work, then surely the correct team will bring 10x or even 100x results.

When similar minds come together with same views, oponions, goals and cause, a significant change is created which leaves its impact till centuries.

Now, coming back towards main point , one of the Prime Minister of India quoted once a slogan which was later amended as “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan, Jai Vigyan.” It means hail the soldiers, hail the farmers, hail the science. We all know that science is the basic principle behind every technology. Soldiers or military are always a matter of pride for any country. Similarly, farmers and farming are both the key feature and a matter of pride behind every developed nation. Farmers are those who bring the world out of depression. Every developed country’s wants to be self-sufficient in terms of crops before technology. How long can you survive when there is crisis of food around the globe?

The beginning of any business starts with only a single thought, then comes the creation of a super magnificent team and its execution based on a detailed business plan. This is the basic process of creating any business. Every business has a definite vision. I personally follow only one rule in business , stay away from competition, you will be in profits and survival mode. Once competition is being created in market, jump off to new sectors with severe problem solving ideas, views, and oponoins. Never consider anyone as an idol in business. Be unique and you will rule for a longer period. Differentiation is one of the best features of successful businesses.

Key information:

Farming is the major occupation not only in India but in most parts of the globe. It makes the world to run for other works. Hence, it is regarded as the primary occupation, either directly or indirectly of all the living beings residing on this earth till known. And now, it is in danger. Farming should not be denoted as ‘it’ because the one who keeps us alive must not be dead.

More than 70% of Indian workforce are involved in farming sector and the world’s average data is approximately 35%. Hence, a major section of global workforce are dependent on farming for their livelihood. The remaining who do not practice farming are somewhat indirectly involved in it.

Farming was the first and only major occupation of civilised human society since the beginning of human civilisation. In present generation, farming has maintained its demand as before but no one wants to get involved in it. In sure, it will never come to an end in future generation as it fulfills the primary necessity of human beings. It was the leader, it is the leader and will always be the leader. We have both land and technology existing with us from long before. But most farmers do not have sufficient knowledge about farming for increasing their yields with correct methods. Another reason is that most people are fascinated about technology which is a quite good thing. Some leave farming and migrate to urban areas. Now the land is left unsown, which makes the farmland of no use.

There is a war of land between Israel & Palestine and Russia& Ukraine going on from several years.Somewhere there is war for land and somewhere land is left , making it of no use. A major section gets humiliated just by the name of farming. More than 40 million hectares of agricultural land in India is left unsown just because of their negligence about the ability of land to produce extraordinary results. When there is a collaboration of farming with technology, the results seem to be unbelievable. It is very true that technology provides less effort, better yielding and reduces time period in the vast world of farming.

Every piece of land matters…

My Vision

I believe that every acre, every hectare or even a single hand of land is an important asset or property for any country. It is divided into cultivable land, non-cultivable land, forests, etc. Now the cultivable land is further divided into sown and unsown areas.

My focus is onto the cultivable land which are left unsown actually owned by some individuals. This is due to several reasons such as urbanization, lack of input costs, unpredictable weather, soil infertility, internal family complications, etc.

So, I want to create a business which aims to provide farming services to all who are not able to generate output from their fields by own. My team would include agricultural experts, farm labourers, local mediator and a strong team of technology experts.

I want to solve the problem which is created when millions of hectares of land are left unsown which ends up with a huge loss to our mother planet Earth. Land is precious and we should value it. Land cannot be created artificially or it cannot be increased as per our needs until we find another planet sufficient to live on.

I am frankly saying that this is not a new concept. No one wants to be a part of solution finder for this problem. Technological advancements is not the true reason. People want meals but they feel humiliated growing it.

It is very true that new technology replaces older technology. It is the life cycle of technologies to invent and innovate. But as per now, farming has no other alternative and in my oponion, it is worthless to find other methods.

Before starting to work on our customers’ field , our team would take a trial round following the same process on our personal fields. This is to improve our services so that customer could get a better experience and we could get a better work experience.

The process would start with a survey to find who wants to avail our services. This work is of a local manager who is expert in dealing with the customers. Then there would we a small documentation ensuring safety, security, preferred options, etc.

Checking the compatibility of the soil of land with crop will play a significant role in process. Also, we would give customers a option of a genuine compensation amount for attracting customers.

Solar energy powered devices like water tank would be used to prevent the situation of water shortages.

As a founder, my first and major intention would be on building trust between us and our customers. Trust plays a major role in business. Getting feedback is another better option and will improve our services.

Our long time vision is to develop or create a sustainable and affordable technology to protect fields mainly from floods and surely for other natural calamities. Then , we would expand our business as far as we can.

That’s All!!!

You will get a clear description of my vision after reading the above information.

Being the best is great, I’m the number oneBut being unique is better, I’m the only one.
